  • Prepare all necessary correspondence in dispute of certain derogatory information on clients accounts
  • Fully assist client in process of removing negative information from credit reports as per rights accorded to client under fair credit reporting act (aka fact act), using every legal method available)
  • Act as credit councilor on the client behalf at the client request with authorization to analyze client credit report. Allow SPA to retain a copy of all correspondence and material generated by this source for record keeping.

 

Consultant makes no express or implied promises as to the results since part of it is dependent on the clients ability to forward credit reports in an expeditious time frame, if there are violations of the fair credit reporting act by credit bureaus and or any delay tactics by the credit bureaus.

 

SPA is not responsible for new derogatory information that appears on client’s credit report after the contract date. Should client wish to contract any new items this will be done as a separate contract and client will have new contact expiration date for such accounts.

The fee for services render shall be in the amount started below and identified as the fee schedule and payment agreement.

If after the consultant has began the process of agreed upon services, client wishes to withdraw by rejecting services advise, SPA will not be held liable under the agreement and will be entitled to full payment of the fee agreed upon herein.

 

You the buyer may cancel this agreement by midnight of the SPA’S third business day the date of this agreement, excluding Sundays or holidays. Such cancellations must be in writing, sent certified mail.
